Someone to think out loud with, and a map of the problem. We take apart the workflow you run today, show you where it leaks, and hand you written recommendations. No code is touched.

02. Build
A project with a clear beginning and end: a company site, point of sale, attendance, or an ERP module. Handed over through a signed Berita Acara, then moved into maintenance.

Monthly. The system keeps running, incidents get handled, and there is one point of contact who answers. This is what makes the relationship last.

Our numbers are not marketing promises. Seven work stages, each with a gate that must be cleared. Two revision rounds per stage. Seven working days of inspection after handover. Five working days to respond to a client request. All of it is written into the signed agreement, and all of it can be held against us.

Prospect, Proposal, Agreement, Build, Acceptance Testing, Handover, Maintenance. The order is the same for every client, however small the job. Work does not enter the next stage until every gate of the current one is met.
